App
JAMARQ Assembly
The workbench where posts and documents are drafted, shaped, reviewed and approved.
Began 2026-01-10 as Ledger, a panel for a social post pipeline; renamed Assembly 2026-03-13 and Tauri since then; carried the Tenra name from 2026-05-03 to 2026-10-02; Proxy folded in 2026-10-02.
Why it was built
Repository evidence and working notes are the raw material for posts, documents and other content. The hard part is turning them into finished pieces without losing human authorship.
Assembly reads its sources without changing them. A draft can be proposed, but a person approves it, and nothing is published silently. Every piece moves through explicit states, and nothing is ready until it has passed review.
Over time it also became where other apps send their writing work: document requests from Registry, won deals from Scout, and review loops through Guardrail.

What it does today
Built and working
A workbench with clear states
Every item is draft, ready, approved or rejected, and moves between them on purpose. A person approves or rejects each one.
The Shape step
A deterministic pass that fits a draft to a voice profile and its checks. It makes no AI call, so the same draft shapes the same way every time.
Requests from other apps
Document requests from Registry become approved documents. Won deals from Scout arrive in the workbench too.
A gate before ready
Nothing becomes ready until it has been through Guardrail, where a person allows or denies it.
Optional local drafting
A draft can come from a local AI provider on the same machine. It is optional, and the workbench works without it.
Exports as files
Approved work exports to Markdown, evidence packets and review packets.
How it came to be
The development cycle
147 commits and 53 merged pull requests, as of 2026-10-05. It is the oldest app in the portfolio.
2026-01-10
First commit, a Next.js web app.
2026-01-10 to 01-13
A GitHub App, drafts, briefs and posts, sign-in across several workspaces, and a written plan for the first phase.
2026-03-13
Became a monorepo, renamed Assembly, with a Tauri desktop app added.
2026-05-03 to 05-06
The desktop content workbench, durable storage and a local AI provider, plus document intake from Registry and intake from Scout.
2026-07-07 to 07-22
Proof for the manual-send checklist, Registry document workflows saved, an authenticated handoff API for the desktop, and readiness gated on proof.
2026-08-25
Exports started producing real files.
2026-10-02
Proxy's engine became the shaping package, and the app was renamed JAMARQ Assembly.
2026-10-02
Apology sentences dropped when shaping, and old naming fallbacks retired.
2026-10-03
The command-line harness kept out of the release build.
What was folded in
One app became part of this one
Earlier tools that did one piece of this job on their own. Their work moved here and their repositories were archived.
Proxy
2026-03-14 to 2026-10-02
Proxy shaped AI output to a voice and a set of policies on the local machine, across 97 commits as Proxy by Tenra. Its engine, checks, voice profiles and presets became the shaping package. Scout and Align carry identical copies, kept in step by a drift check.
Where it stands
Real, and not yet
- •The desktop app: content items, review gates, approve and reject, Markdown and packet export, and the Shape step with voice profiles in the window.
- •A SQLite workspace with backup and a rehearsed restore.
- •Document intake from Registry and gating through Guardrail.
Not built, or switched off
- The older cloud-backed web app has no hosted deploy. Whether it gets one has not been decided.
- The manual live walkthroughs of the web and desktop apps are still to do.
- Sync is deferred.

The approval inbox the other apps send their risky actions to.
- JAMARQ Align
Google Business Profile work across many clients and locations, plus a measure of whether AI assistants name a business.
