Privacy and data handling.

This page explains what jamarq.digital collects, why, how long it is kept, and who helps run the site. It also covers the JAMARQ Align Mac app.

Who runs this site

  • -jamarq.digital is run by JAMARQ Digital LLC.
  • -For privacy questions or data requests, use the contact form or email hello@jamarq.digital.

Information collected

  • -Contact form submissions include your name, email address, company, budget range, project details, the subject, and the page or button that opened the form. The PC repair page uses the same form.
  • -First-party page counts record the page path, the referring page, and the time of the visit. They do not store your IP address, a cookie, or a device ID. They are skipped when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, and admin pages are never counted.
  • -Vercel Web Analytics counts page views anonymously. It uses no cookies, reports only aggregated totals, and does not track you across other sites.
  • -Vercel Speed Insights measures how quickly pages load, along with the page, browser, and device type. It uses no cookies.
  • -Like any web host, Vercel processes IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site, and keeps short-lived request logs.

How it is used

  • -Contact details are used to reply to project, support, repair, or maintenance requests.
  • -Page counts and performance measurements are used to spot broken links, low-value pages, and slow pages.
  • -Contact form data is not used for a newsletter, resale list, or unrelated marketing automation, and nothing collected here is sold.

Cookies

  • -Visitors get no cookies from this site.
  • -The only cookie is the site owner's admin sign-in, which lasts up to seven days.
  • -Fonts are served from this site, so viewing a page does not send a request to Google.

Service providers

  • -Vercel hosts the site and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
  • -Turso stores contact submissions, page counts, and site content.
  • -SendGrid delivers contact form notifications to JAMARQ's inbox when email delivery is set up.
  • -This site also receives SendGrid's delivery status notices for email sent by the websites JAMARQ runs and passes them on to those sites without storing them.

Retention and control

  • -Contact submissions and page counts have no automatic deletion schedule. Contact submissions are kept as a record of the conversation, and a copy of each notification stays in JAMARQ's inbox.
  • -You can ask for a prior submission to be corrected or deleted through the contact form or by emailing hello@jamarq.digital.
  • -Admin access is protected and is not intended for public indexing.

JAMARQ Align

  • -JAMARQ Align is a Mac app for looking after a Google Business Profile. It runs entirely on your Mac, and nothing it reads from Google is sent to JAMARQ Digital.
  • -When you connect a Google account, Align asks Google for permission to manage your Business Profile. It uses that permission only to read your locations, reviews, and performance figures. It never posts, replies, or changes anything on Google.
  • -What Align reads from Google is stored in a database on your Mac, and your Google sign-in is kept there too, protected by the macOS Keychain.
  • -Google data is not sold, shared with anyone, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. A reply you draft is passed to JAMARQ Guardrail, another app on the same Mac, so you can approve it. It does not leave your Mac.
  • -The optional Visibility section sends OpenAI a fixed set of questions you choose, using your own OpenAI key, to see how AI answer engines describe your market. Those questions contain nothing read from Google.
  • -Disconnect, on the Google line in Align's Settings, deletes the stored sign-in from your Mac. You can also remove Align's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Either way Align cannot read anything new, and what it already read stays on your Mac until you delete it.
  • -Align's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Children

  • -This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. If a child has sent a message through the form, ask and it will be deleted.

Changes

  • -If what the site collects changes, this page and its date are updated.
