Pricing

The numbers first.

Every price on this page is current. Template sites and repairs are fixed prices. Custom work is a range until a walkthrough turns it into an itemized estimate, and the estimate is the price.

Websites

The two template tiers are fixed-price and quick. Everything above them is custom, quoted from a walkthrough of what the site has to do.

How a price is set

The same four rules on every project, whatever its size. What every build includes is on the About page.

  • •Every project gets an itemized estimate before any work starts: deliverables, timeline and payment schedule.
  • •Custom work is scoped from a walkthrough of what happens today, not from a feature list.
  • •No retainers without scope, and no new ranges after kickoff. If the scope changes, the estimate changes in writing first.
  • •You keep the code, the data, the accounts and the ability to hand it all to someone else.
