JAMARQ Sentinel
One case from a question to an evidence-weighted risk call, with a person deciding anything that leaves the machine.
Began 2026-03-15 as a Tauri app from the first commit. Carried the Tenra name from 2026-05-03 to 2026-10-01, when Facet and Derive folded in and it became JAMARQ Sentinel.
Why it was built
A risk call is only as good as the evidence behind it. A tool that hands back a score without its sources, its assumptions or how sure it is asks to be trusted rather than checked.
Sentinel keeps the whole chain in one case. Frame states the question from several angles, Reason answers it with the assumptions, confidence and sources written down, and Assess weighs the evidence into a calm posture. It never acts on its own. Anything that would leave the machine goes to Guardrail for a person to decide.
Framing and reasoning began as two separate apps, Facet and Derive. They were stages of the same chain with the same record shape, so they became stages of this one.

Frame, Reason, Assess
A case moves through three stages, and each step is a deliberate click. Frame searches built-in sources and the user's own documents.
An assessment you can read
The posture shows the evidence it was built from, the findings, and how confident it is, so the reasoning can be checked line by line.
Review through Guardrail
Request review sends the case to Guardrail with a checksum. The decision is pasted back into the case and checked against the request before it counts.
A phone-number desk
A separate lookup desk checks a number against local pattern signals and keeps it masked on screen.
Backups and exports
Cases back up and export, and a risk brief can be exported for the record.
How it came to be
The development cycle
103 commits and 40 merged pull requests, as of 2026-10-05. Work went straight to the main branch until 2026-08-03, when every change started going through a pull request.
